    Abstract

    The employees or labor represent the primary factor of activator of activity wheel from nun of organization. As primary factor, employees represent one of very asset and resource is necessary for organization life, what is if handled correctly will be able to become the boundless especial capital its value for company in reaching its target. To reach the expected target, hence each company head obliged to improve the achievement and spirit of employees job as optimal as possible, so that target expected by a company earn is immediately realized better. At the height of labor capacity of employees mean also the spirit of job of employees and company productivity will be able to mount is such as those which wanted. This research target is to know the efforts of any kind of conducted by company party in improving achievement and spirit of employees job, what is evaluated from the aspect of execution of acceptance and employees location at PT. Carmeta Ampuh Tour and Travel Service in Palembang. This research is intake sample done with the method by purposive is sampling. Where this method is election of group relied on by marking, nature of, or known population characteristic previously. Sum up the responder taken by sample for the research of, that is from side of employees and side of organizer of company management of 16 respondent. Analysis method used by descriptive qualitative that is depict the accurate object by way of analyze and searching way out later trouble-shooting or achievement by using existing theory and compare with the fact that happened. Result of finding from this research are: first, to gift motivate only have the character of the just material while non material less be paid attention to like the happening of authority of head at subordinate so that employees demotive in its work. Second, head less pay attention to the money of employees overtime though employees often work to pass at office hours determined so that lazy employees to continue the work pass at office hours which have been determined the. Third, system of officer acceptance have the character of closed by because only pursuant to seniority or equally if there is people wish to apply only pursuant to just people closest or which have been recognized by other employees. Fourth, job environment which is not balmy for employees the work with the facility which less be adequate like on-line computer network system to step into the system of air transport or airlines in the event of ticket ordering, inexistence of column constrictor to dissociate between mess room by toilet.
