    Abstract

    ABSTRACT Investigations were made to test the toxicity and repellent potential of galangale (Languas galangal L.), beluntas (Pluchea indica L.), and fruit (Annona muricata L.) extracts as botanic insecticides at different concentration (0%, 0,25%, 0,50%, 1% and 2%) against the bruchid Callosobruchus chinensis L. The LC50 values of Languas galangal L. extract during 24 , 48 and 72 hour to the bruchid Callosobruchus chinensis L.was 1,60, 1,35, and 0,48 %, respectively. The LC50 value of Pluchea indica L. extract during 24, 48 and 72 hour was 1,46, 1,67, and 0,73 %, respectively. The LC50 value of Annona muricata L. extract during 24 and 48 hour was 0,98 and 0,42 %. The fumigantions of Languas galangal L., Pluchea indica L., and Annona muricata L. extracts during 24, 48, 72 and 96 hour was significant effects on mortality of the bruchid Callosobruchus chinensis L. compared with control (0%). The in other word, the effects of the Languas galangal L. and Annona muricata L. extracts on the bruchid Callosobruchus chinensis L. can improve value index repellent. Wheater the influence of Pluchea indica L. extract on the bruchid Callosobruchus chinensis L. shown value decrease repelen index, meaning is Pluchea indica L. extract have the character of attractant. The conclutiion this research is all plant of have potency as botanic insecticides.
