    Abstract

    Economic globalization and consumption capitalism transformasi generating recent Indonesia consumer society marked with expenditure center a kind of Shopping Mall, leeway industry, mode industry or fashion, beauty industry, kuliner industry, advice industry, gossip industry, luxuriantly dwell area, apartment, real esteate, fast food, forming of costly schools, telephone of seluler, society love foreign brand, etc. In lifestyle century, appearance is anything. Attention to appearance business in fact is not new matter in history. Appearance business or this self- presentation have been long enough become conference for cultural criticus and sosiolog. In this paper which title about “Gaya Hidup (Lifestyle) Mahasiswa Pendatang”, the writer try to use four levels analyse in analysing phenomenons that happened in society related to life style (lifestyle). Fourth of the analysis levels are: 1) cultural level, 2) structure level, 3) individual level, and 4) interaction. Keywords: Lifestyle, Consumerism, Social Change.
